Notary Services

A notary public is a public official appointed by a state government to help deter fraud. Notary publics witness the signing of important documents and verify the identity of the signer(s), their willingness to sign the documents, and their awareness of the contents of the document or transaction.

Title Investigation

The investigation is carried out broadly to ensure that the property is indeed in the name of the person selling, is free from liens, mortgages and encumbrances, that the property tax has been fully paid up to date and that the property is not engaged in any legal conflicts.

Criminal Matter

Criminal matters means any court proceeding that involves a violation or alleged violation of a Federal statute or a statute in this or any other state or any other alleged offense, the penalty for which involves the possibility of incarceration (i.e., “jail time”).

Land/Revenue matter

Land revenue means all sums and payments in money or in kind received or claimable by, or on behalf of Government from any person on account of land held by, or vested in, him, 1[and includes any tax]1 cess, rate or other impost payable under the provisions of any law for the time being in force.

Personal Injury

A personal injury lawyer is a lawyer who provides legal services to those who claim to have been injured, physically or psychologically, as a result of the negligence of another person, company, government agency or any entity. Personal injury lawyers primarily practice in the area of law known as tort law.

Marriage/Divorce Matter

When the couples agree to a divorce, the courts will consider a divorce with mutual consent as per. Section 10A of Indian Divorce Act, 1869, requires the couple to be separated for at least two years, the couple only needs to provide that they have not been living as husband and wife during this period.

The matrimonial laws in India, including laws on marriage, divorce and other connected issues, are essentially governed by the personal laws of the parties depending on their religion, which are codified by statute in most cases: Hindu: Hindu Marriage Act 1955.

A civil case usually begins when one person or business claims to have been harmed by the actions of another person or business. The plaintiff starts a court case by filing a "complaint" (a document that outlines the plaintiff’s facts and legal theories and makes a request for relief).

Legal Documentation means documentation that when legally binding on all parties to it discharges, varies or supplements the legal obligations contained in a settlement agreement in such a way as to reflect, at the Commissioners’ discretion, the determination of the application to which it relates.
